1. Introduction

Welcome to SRI LANKA TOUR BOOKING (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Sri Lanka Tour Booking provides:

Guided tours and travel packages within Sri Lanka
Day tours, transfers, and tailor-made travel experiences

All bookings are subject to availability, confirmation, and these Terms & Conditions.

3. Booking Process

You can make a booking through our website, email, or phone.
Upon submitting a booking request, we will confirm availability and send a confirmation email or invoice.
A booking is considered confirmed once the required deposit or full payment is received.

4. Payments

Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other accepted methods as specified on our website.
A deposit (typically 30–50% of the total cost) may be required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before the tour start date unless otherwise agreed.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) or Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

By the Traveler:

More than 30 days before tour start: Full refund minus any bank or transaction fees.
15–30 days before tour start: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Less than 15 days before tour start or no-show: No refund.

By SRI LANKA TOUR BOOKING:

We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, supplier issues). In such cases, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative tour of equal value.

6. Modifications to Bookings

If you need to modify your booking (dates, travelers, or services), please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate changes, but modifications may be subject to availability and additional costs.

7. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to ensure that:

You possess a valid passport, visa, and travel insurance.
You comply with all Sri Lankan laws and customs regulations.
You arrive on time for transfers and tours.

We are not responsible for missed tours or delays due to incorrect travel documentation or late arrivals.

8. Health & Safety

Some tours may involve physical activities. Please ensure that you are in suitable health to participate.
You are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements prior to booking.
We recommend all travelers have adequate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sri Lanka Tour Booking and its partners act only as agents for hotels, transport companies, and other service providers.
We are not liable for:

Loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third parties or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, accidents).
Any indirect or consequential losses.

Our liability, in any case, is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.

10. Complaints

If you experience any issues during your trip, please inform your tour guide or our office immediately so we can resolve the matter promptly.
Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of tour completion.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of SRI LANKA TOUR BOOKING and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Sri Lanka.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
